We exist because
The most advanced intelligence is still human.
About Inntention
A collective of designers, scientists, and dreamers building the balance layer for the web.
Our work began in studios, classrooms, forests, and cafés across Mexico, New York, Berlin, and Bali.
Three years of design, neuroscience, and philosophy have converged into one mission:
to restore balance in how humans interact, decide, and connect online.
The company is guided by the Inntention Research Council (IRC) — a collaborative group that stewards direction, ethics, and evolution. Our day-to-day work is carried forward by a growing, multidisciplinary team across design, development, and partnership.
What We Believe
The internet has mastered attention — but attention alone fragments us.
It keeps us reactive, competitive, and endlessly scrolling.
Inntention was born from the question:
What if digital design could help people feel before they decide?
We call this shift the Intention Economy —
a movement from manipulation to meaning,
from the dominance of left-brain logic to the harmony of both hemispheres.
Our work brings right-brain intelligence — intuition, context, connection —
back into the heart of technology,
so every click, purchase, or sign-up begins with awareness.
Who We Are
We are not one voice.
We are many — a global network of designers, philosophers, technologists, and storytellers.
Some of us code.
Some of us meditate.
Some of us research.
All of us care about building technology that feels human.
We draw inspiration from:
- •Neuroscientists like Dr. Iain McGilchrist and Dr. Daniel Siegel
- •Artists and mystics exploring perception and embodiment
- •Researchers and creators demanding systems built on cooperation, transparency, and care
Our structure is rhizomatic, not hierarchical.
Ideas move horizontally — through collaboration, trust, and resonance.
Decisions arise through alignment, not authority.
Leadership

Jé Memmesheimer — Director of Design and Research
Jé is the Head of Design and Product Development at Inntention. Previously, Jé served as Director of Content, Design, and Development at SeeBeNow Technologies in Brooklyn, New York, leading a multidisciplinary team of 10. During those 8 years, he helped raise $500,000 in seed funding, grew the platform to 50,000 users, and generated $10,000 monthly recurring revenue. Over the last three years, Jé has immersed himself in the emerging fields of Web3 and AI, conducting research and education in New York, Austin, and Mexico City. As a Somatic AI Designer, he brings a unique blend of technical skill and embodied wisdom to Inntention, creating experiences that help users bridge the gap between attention and intention.
What We're Building
Inntention is a platform, a philosophy, and a prototype for a different internet.
- •A plugin that brings balance to any website — guiding visitors from reaction to reflection.
- •A movement that invites designers to value intuition as much as data.
- •A community exploring how digital experiences can support emotional intelligence, planetary ethics, and collective well-being.
We're building tools that help people:
- →Feel before they decide.
- →Pause before they act.
- →Balance intuition with logic.
Why We're Here
Across the world, people are organizing without waiting for permission.
They're creating decentralized communities, mutual-aid networks, climate movements, and art collectives that prove something simple:
change doesn't need a leader — it needs coherence.
We stand with that spirit.
Inntention is the same energy, expressed through technology:
a co-created infrastructure for awareness, not dominance.
The Invitation
Join us.
Prototype with us.
Write, design, code, or dream with us.
Whether you're a creator, a brand, a researcher, or a student,
you can help bring balance, presence, and meaning to the digital world.
The next era of the internet won't be built by individuals.
It will be built by intention — shared, felt, and alive.
