Careers at Inntention
Inntention is growing.
We're looking for people who feel drawn to build technologies that help people feel.
We're looking for curious, self-aware, collaborative people who are capable of building in ambiguity.
You might be a designer who codes, a developer who meditates, a researcher who builds, or a writer who prototypes. What matters is that you can hold complexity with grace and create with intention.
The Inntention Research Council (IRC) provides guidance and research direction, while the operational team brings that vision into form.
We're remote-first, with team members across Mexico City, Austin, New York, and beyond. We value deep collaboration over constant availability, and practice an async creative process that respects both focus time and collective intelligence.
We work in sprints that feel more like seasons than deadlines — rhythmic, intentional, and aligned with the natural pace of creative thought.

Open Positions
What you'll do:
- •Identify and connect with aligned brands, retreat hosts, course creators, and mission-driven organizations who resonate with Inntention's philosophy of balance and awareness.
- •Translate the vision of right-brain intelligence into partnerships that feel collaborative, not transactional — focusing on shared values over volume.
- •Work directly with the IRC and design team to ensure partner experiences are authentic, coherent, and reflective of Inntention's commitment to felt experiences.
- •Help partners integrate Inntention into their existing platforms (websites, e-commerce, booking systems) with care and context.
- •Cultivate long-term relationships built on mutual growth, transparency, and creative alignment — not extraction or performance metrics alone.
Ideal candidate:
You're a connector who understands both business development and somatic design. You know how to speak the language of brands while staying rooted in meaning, presence, and intention. You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and building relationships that honor both growth and integrity.
The COO is responsible for leading Inntention's daily operations and execution of the strategy developed in collaboration with the Inntention Research Council (IRC). This role bridges visionary guidance with practical execution — ensuring our platform, partnerships, and growth reflect the same values of coherence, care, and curiosity that define our work.
The COO manages teams, coordinates development milestones, and ensures transparent communication with the IRC and broader ecosystem.
Ideal candidates are both structured and intuitive — fluent in business fundamentals, but also sensitive to creative rhythm. They're not here to extract; they're here to nurture and scale an ecosystem that feels alive.
"The next era of the internet won't be built by individuals.
It will be built by intention — shared, felt, and alive."
